Si trova a 30 min. di auto dall’aeroporto di Reggio C., appena 1 km dalla stazione ferroviaria e circa 4 km dal magnifico borgo di BOVA, al centro di tutta l’area grecanica.

Si compone: al primo piano di ampio ingresso, cucina-soggiorno, 4 camere di cui una con bagno in camera, un bagno patronale (appena ristrutturato), panoramici balconi con vista diretta sulla spiaggia e sul mare, ripostiglio e terrazzo sovrastante. Al piano terra ampio porticato con attrezzata zona relax e angolo doccia esterna. La casa offre fino a 10 posti letto. Ampio parcheggio nel giardino della villa (6 auto).

I prezzi variano a seconda del numero di persone e sono comprensivi di consumo acqua ed energia elettrica. Spese di pulizia a parte (40 euro).

     Villa on the beach – Bova Marina (RC)

Panoramic detached villa on the beach of the Ionian coast with spectacular view of the Etna volcano.

It is located at 30 min. by car from the Reggio C. airport, just 1 km from the railway station and about 4 km from the magnificent town of BOVA, in the heart of the whole Magna Grecia (Great Greece) area.

It consists of: on the first floor  entrance hall, kitchen-living room, 4 bedrooms ( one with en suite bathroom), a master bathroom (just renovated), panoramic balconies with direct views of the beach and the sea, pantry and terrace. On the ground floor large porch with equipped relaxation area and outdoor shower corner. The house offers up to 10 beds.  Parking place in the garden of the villa (6 cars).

Fees vary according to the number of people and include water and electricity consumption. Extra cleaning fee : 40,00 euro.
